As the Strategic Programme Manager for the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN), you will this play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and delivery of SGLN’s programme offerings. Reporting to the Director of SGLN, you will also support strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of our initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:
- Support and execute the long-term strategic direction in line with SGLN’s overall vision, mission, and values.
- Develop SGLN’s strategic business and professional networks by communicating and liaising with key external stakeholders, which include government ministry/agency partners, as well as senior business leaders
- Manage and support all stakeholder reporting requirements, which includes communicating with stakeholders, report writing, tracking of KPIs, among other requirements
- Co-lead, manage, and implement end-to-end programming elements from inception to delivery and post-programme activities of all SGLN offerings, with primary focus on the flagship SGLN Fellowship
- Co-design, manage, and implement existing offerings and new offerings being developed for the SGLN Fellowship, in collaboration with SGLN functions, HCLI staff, and external faculty and speakers
- Revise and maintain any programming workplans and costing sheets
- Manage relationships with external faculty and speakers, ensuring timely delivery of contracted/volunteer services and adherence to programming standards set
- Design and administer feedback surveys to improve on SGLN's offerings and programming content
- Monitor, track, and evaluate the progress and programme effectiveness SGLN’s offerings using appropriate impact measurement metrics
- Manage and ensure the quality output of SGLN’s various functions (e.g. community engagement, operations, partnerships) and collaboratively work with other HCLI functions that impact SGLN’s work (e.g. marketing, client engagement, research)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Highly purpose-driven on delivering people impact with strong alignment with SGLN’s mission and raison d'être
- Managerial experience in overseeing and collaborating with different functional areas beyond primary functional scope
- Highly entrepreneurial with a strong business acumen, as well as managing organisation change in response to new stakeholder imperatives
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to get things done in complex and ambiguous situations
- Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills
- Strong executive presence and verbal communication prowess to interact with different types of stakeholders, especially senior leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills in developing effective relationships and rapport with team members, community members and other key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Deep knowledge and expertise in leadership development, community development, as well as an interest and understanding of emerging leadership trends (e.g. cross-cultural management) relevant to SGLN’s mission will be advantageous
Experience:
- Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning/Organisational Development/Leadership Development/Executive Education and/or Community Development Work
- Outstanding fresh graduates and those with less than 5 years’ experience can be considered
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Masters Degrees in Organisation Development, Psychology, Training or Business and/or all other relevant post-graduate degrees will be advantageous
