About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced Head of Contracting & Interim Solutions in order to establish, refine and grow the business in Asia. This is the rare chance to hold an autonomous role with high financial support and infrastructural backing.
In Asia PAC, the wider Will business has 000's of contractors and the corresponding know-how and infrastructure. This is YOUR chance to utilise that and build something from the ground-up.
The challenge? By setting and following a 3-year plan, you will be instrumental in developing a robust contracting& interim business within a domestic Asia location or more widely across the region whether across contracting MSAs, Statement of Work (SoW), fixed term appointments and/or everything in between. EBC prides itself in its ability to offer the best solutions (and subsequent appointments) for its candidates and clients. We intend our contracting & interim solutions business to be no different.
The goal? To achieve a triple-figure contracting book, embedding a highly specialised contracting & interim team with robust structure and aligning EBC as a market expert in such solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and follow a strategic plan to establish a contracting & interim business for EBC. Leverage EBCs large TOBs database (500+ across MNCs, start-ups or SMEs) and extensive network for both quick wins and executing longer term strategy and growing market share.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, define and lead a high-performing contract recruitment team.
- Client Relations: Build new relationships and leverage existing relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing top-tier contract staffing solutions. Extend EBCs positioning as a thought leader and trusted recruiting advisor.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends in contract recruitment, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Efficiency: Leverage existing knowledge and administrative expertise from various internal touch points to ensure smooth operations. This can be across wider Will (for example Group CFO, our Australian contracting team, specialized contractor care administrators etc) and internal enablement functions (marketing, HR, researchers, data & analytics, Talent acquisition and other senior leadership).

- Proven experience in contract recruitment, with a strong track record in business development and team leadership.
- Exceptional individual billings.
- Excellent knowledge of the Asian recruitment market, with an established network of contacts.
