Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Manager to lead and manage our software
development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and
excellent team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide a software development team of no less than 30 people,
ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Responsible for embedded software development, optimizing existing systems,
and developing new features.
• Proficient in Linux systems and kernels, responsible for software development
and maintenance in a Linux environment.
• Design and implement distributed software systems, ensuring high availability
and scalability.
• Lead the mobile app development team, responsible for Android platform
application development.
• Leverage at least 5 years of experience in instrument development to drive
technological advancements in related projects.
• Work closely with the hardware team, familiar with embedded hardware design,
and able to read and understand schematics.
• Expert in LoRaWAN server development
• Expert in STM LoRa SoC firmware development
Qualifications:
• Over 15 years of software development experience, with at least 10 years in
software team management, and having managed teams of no less than 30
people.
• Proficient in embedded software development with extensive hands-on
development experience.
• Proficient in Linux systems and kernels, capable of system-level optimization and
problem-solving.
• Proficient in the design and implementation of distributed software systems, with
large-scale system development experience.
• Proficient in mobile app development, familiar with Android development tools
and processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in instrument development, familiar with relevant
industry standards and regulations.
• Familiar with embedded hardware, able to understand and analyze hardware
schematics, and communicate effectively with the hardware team.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to remain calm and
focused under pressure.
