Summary
This position is reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (SEA). This role requires to work independently to identify and approach potential industrial customers for new business development. This position must develop new customer, new sales opportunities to increase sales and provide technical service support to new and existing customer.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with developing the market for company and distributors.
· Increase the brand awareness and spec-in products.
· Maintains familiarity with market and product knowledge including pricing, cost and profitability, market acceptance, channel, and competitive dynamics.
· Deliver product training for channel partners and end-users.
· Develop and manage distributors/partners within assigned region to increase market share in the target segments.
· Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers and/or channel partners on product selection, solutions, and others applications knowledge.
· Increase sales primarily through direct contact or/and new/existing channel partners.
· Regularly monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Other duties may be assigned.
Professional Qualifications
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Chemical Engineering with field experience is preferred.
· 3 to 5 years relevant experience in handling sales
· Proficient with Microsoft Office & One Drive.
· Understanding of industry value chain including OEMs, EPCs, Distributors, MROs and End-Users
