- Salary: up to $2,800 (Depending on experiences)
Job Description
- Trilateral trade coordination: liaise with clients (mainly SEA countries, such as Indonesia & Vietnam) to send in orders to Japan and coordinate import of products from Japan into client countries
- Responsible for clients' enquiries and taking orders
- Prepare quotations and PO
- Verify delivery processes with HQ and monitor orders to ensure on time fulfilment
- Issue invoices, arranging delivery and preparing shipping documents
- Data entry on MS Excel sheet and filing related documents
- Work closely with Japan HQ for the coordination of shipping. (Emails in English)
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.
Job Requirement
- Experience in administrative and logistics functions would be advantageous.
- Good with numbers and proficient in Excel (vlookup)
- Diligent and responsible with work
