Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Installation / configuration of OS, Message Clients for desktop PC / notebook.
- Installation / configuration of accessories, peripherals and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents.
- Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops.
- Handle printer problems at users’ desktops.
- Assist users in accessing applications.
- Perform workstation Operating System patching and Anti-virus patching for workstations which could not be patched via server push-down.
- Assist in providing technical information and knowledge.
- Procurement of IT desktop/laptop equipment and update of Assets.
- Manage Delivery/shifting /Install Printers to locations.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
Desired Skills & Expertise:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting and Printer support
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
- Advance technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7 & 10), Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
- Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
