Job Description
As an SAP FICO Senior Technical Manager, you are responsible for:
- Solution Design Workshops: Lead envisioning and requirements workshops with business users, translating needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborative Implementation: Work with SAP technical team, network, systems, and security teams to design and implement integrated solutions.
- Project Oversight: Ensure successful project delivery by managing user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment, while adhering to NUS guidelines.
- Procurement and Vendor Management: Prepare tender specifications, evaluate vendors, manage contracts, and maintain close vendor relationships to ensure product/service delivery.
- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous application support, analyse and enhance existing systems, and ensure compliance with audit and security standards.
- User and Team Engagement: Conduct user training, build strong relationships with business users, and manage project teams to optimise resources and maintain morale.
The Successful Applicant
Job requirements:
- Min. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with Min. 12 years in the IT industry, including 6+ years in SAP S/4Hana FICO roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4Hana modules FI/CO/PS/MM/Fixed Asset, with additional knowledge in FM/GM/Cash Management/Treasury/SD, OpenText Vendor Invoice Management, SAP Concur, and SAP Ariba being advantageous.
- Proficient in Workflow, and Fiori, with a strong grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, and architectures.
- Strong business process and analytical skills, ability to understand complex requirements, and effective communication with all management levels, users, and vendors.
