Head of Investor Relations & Marketing

Summary:

The Head of Investor Relations & Marketing is responsible for overseeing both investor relations and marketing functions of a Licensed Fund Management Company in Singapore.

This individual will be the primary point of contact for the investment community, focusing on Accredited Investors.

Key responsibilities include securing investor commitments for the company’s funds and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

· Fund Raising: Build and maintain strong relationships with Targeted Accredited Investors to subscribe to the company’s funds.

· Communicate the company's sustainable investment strategy effectively: Deliver compelling investor presentations and materials to develop leads.

· Ensure regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant securities laws and regulations governing investor communications and disclosures.

Marketing:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns

· Develop a pipeline on Accredited Investors for fund raising efforts.

· Manage marketing function within the company: Provide guidance to marketing members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 10+ years of experience in investor relations and marketing, with a proven track record of fund raising.

· Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and securities regulations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

· Additional Information:

· The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

· This role requires the ability to strategically integrate both investor relations and marketing functions for a unified brand and messaging approach.
