Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on new business opportunities and effective market penetration - specific to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Utilise technical expertise in valve/HVAC/Fluid Solutions to support customer needs, from product selection to after-sales technical support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while proactively expanding the customer base through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie. Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc) to optimise resource utilisation and drive demand creation activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Comfortable with an Individual Contributor position (Only Employee in Singapore), adopting remote working arrangements.
- Comfortable with about 40% of regional travel.
- About 5 years of B2B Sales/Business Development, including Technical Sales experience.
- Industrial experience in Fluid Solutions/HVAC/Valve/Plumbing/Drainage or other relevant fields.
- Strong contact network in Semiconductor and Data Centre industries - focus market segments.
- Experienced in managing the entire Sales cycle, including post-sales activities to maintain strong key relationships and answer technical enquiries when required.
