Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team as a specialist in 2D to 3D conversion. In this role, you will be pivotal in converting 2D designs and drawings into 3D models, leveraging your expertise with DWG and PDF file formats.
Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms and tools to convert 2D drawings and schematics into 3D models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 2D and 3D data seamlessly.
- Enhance performance and accuracy of conversion processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file compatibility, scaling, and precision.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in 2D and 3D technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Additional experience with 2D and 3D graphics libraries (such as OpenGL, DirectX) is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in DWG and PDF file formats.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of geometric modeling and transformation techniques.
- Previous involvement in 2D to 3D conversion projects.
