Role Overview:
The Technical Support Operations Officer will provide Level 1 technical support for high-value clients in a 24/7 environment, assisting with product inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handling of customer requests.
- Follow up with customers as needed, ensuring thorough understanding of their issues.
- Respond to all communications within required time frames, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with CRM tools like Zendesk preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
