Job Description


As a Marketing Solutions Lead Client Solutions Manager, you’ll be responsible for servicing and growing a portfolio of clients in the Singapore market. Through the day-to-day management and optimization of our clients’ campaigns, you’ll play a strategic role within an account team comprising an Account Director and yourself to provide our clients with post-campaign intelligence and ongoing campaign strategy consultation that will help inform and shape future marketing strategies. Client Solutions Managers are measured by their ability to build, cultivate, and partner with our clients as well as their ability to convert clients into long term customers. They are nimble team players, comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit deep and up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions to apply and communicate solutions expertise of new products, features, and enhancements
  • Become an expert and demonstrating strong understanding of customer core industry verticals in Tech, Financial Services, Professional Services and Education.
  • Partner with your Account Director/s to develop strategy and pitch new advertising opportunities to a cohort of hi potential clients, ensuring all members are aligned and action points completed
  • Develop and execute dynamic engagement strategy across a scaled Book of Business effectively (considering long-term fit for LinkedIn and growth potential in a channel-agnostic manner)
  • Proactively analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns against key client objectives and make strategic recommendations and upsells to customers to hit quota and plan
  • Build solid relationships with media agencies and act as an important point of contact for our clients’ day-to-day needs
  • Build compelling client presentations to effectively communicate data and build a cohesive narrative (of strategy, spends, ROI)
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of marketing channels (offline/online etc) and comfortable with technical marketing partner automation stacks that help customers prove ROI
  • Conduct regularly scheduled client calls to communicate how client strategies are proving value and positive ROI
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity including key partnerships with sales, marketing, finance, ad-ops, product, solutions and insights
  • Project-manage timelines and creative/asset submissions

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing role, agency, advertising sales, marketing or media
  • 5+ years' experience in working with B2B marketers, particularly in the areas of Technology, Financial Services, Education and Professional Services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Understanding of how internet advertising technology and marketing automation works with the ability to explain it in the simplest terms (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce, Madison Logic)
  • 1+ years' experience using or recommending LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
  • Background in marketing, demand generation or in a role making recommendations to marketers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build authentic business relationships and deal effectively with relational challenges as they come up
  • Experience analysing data, trends and client information to identify growth opportunities, and translate these into insights and recommendations
  • Effective manage time skills, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Experience working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
