AI/Cloud Sales Executive

Position Requirements:

Market Research and Analysis

  • Collect market information, analyze market demand and competitive situation, and formulate corresponding market strategies.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other activities to expand the company's brand awareness.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and explore potential customer needs.
  • Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other related matters to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales Planning and Execution

  • Formulate personal sales plans and complete the sales tasks and targets issued by the company.
  • Introduce the company's products and services to customers, conduct demonstrations, and provide quotations.
  • Sign sales contracts, follow up on contract execution, and ensure timely payback.

Team Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.

AI Project Expansion

  • Assist senior leaders in the integration of various resources of the AI Science and Innovation Centre.
  • Support the operation and management of the AI Innovation Centre, including providing technical support for projects, displaying and explaining innovations, updating and upgrading, and managing daily tasks.
  • Assist leaders in preparing various reports and project declarations.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in the same industry.
  • Skills: Effective communication, team collaboration, self-motivation, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel, presentation skills.
  • Language: Fluency in Chinese.
  • Personality: Detail-oriented, responsible, and outgoing.
