We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the spa and salon industry. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of human resources within our organization. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, preferably within the spa and salon industry, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
4. Oversee HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
5. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Technical skills & Competencies:
1. Proficiency in writing compelling job descriptions and creating effective job postings across various platforms, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Proficiency in designing learning and development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and employee career paths.
3. Ability to assist employees in setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals aligned with organizational objectives.
4. Proficiency in using payroll processing software or systems to accurately calculate employee wages, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related transactions.
5. Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR data from various sources, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), time and attendance systems, performance management systems, and employee surveys.
