Main Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons
- Coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework
- Conduct practices and tests for spelling (English and Mother tongue)
- Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to student centre, including pick-ups from nearby schools
- Monitor and track the progress of students
- Engage and provide regular update to parents and/or guardians on students’ progress and behaviour
- Mark students’ work
- Perform administrative duties and ensure upkeep of centre premises
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Head
Requirements
- Diploma / WSQ Student-Care Certified
- Familiar with MOE syllabus or have prior working experience as a tutor/teacher
- Able to communicate effectively in English and one other mother tongue language
- Able to coach primary school level academic subjects
- Passionate and enjoy working with young children
- Outgoing personality and pleasant disposition
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
Working Hours:
Full Time - Monday to Friday (10am to 7pm)
Part Time - Monday to Friday (12pm to 6pm)
