The Customer Engagement Executive is a non-sales role responsible for post-sales client management.
Role Accountabilities:
- Fulfil the appropriate advertising requirements for external and internal clients.
- Understand customer marketing/hiring requirements and recommend the appropriate solutions to customers which the sales team would undertake to develop further.
- Handling enquiries through inbound calls promptly and efficiently while maintaining superb phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Responsible for the monthly process deliverables and performance standards.
Qualification Requirement (Technical & Experience)
- Min 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service.
- Experience working in a call center / help desk would be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs.
- Superior customer service and phone etiquette.
- Highly responsible, organized and able to multi-task.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
