Customer Relation officer (Helpdesk)

The Role:
- Handle customer calls and enquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- General administrative duties.
The Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality or related industry.
- Pleasant personality, team player with positive work attitude.
- Excellent written skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Singapore citizen or PR
