To provide end users support and administrate the IT infrastructure for Singapore Coherent.
Primary Duty
- Support end users from various business units in Singapore.
Secondary Duties
- Administrate and maintain systems and network infrastructure in production, office, and co-location environment.
- Collaborate with regional and global team members on corporate projects rollout.
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines. Relevant IT certifications will be taken into consideration.
- 2 or more years of experience in supporting end users, desktops, servers, and local area network.
- Working knowledge on Active Directory, Entra, O365, Teams, SharePoint, Windows OS, SCCM, OKTA, Cisco network switch and VMware virtualization platform.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
- Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to complete assigned tasks successfully with a team or independently with minimum supervision.
Working Condition
This role is 5 days office hour work onsite with occasional support required after office hours and on weekends for IT maintenance/outage
