Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for general office management and operations coordination.
· Complete requests / deal with matters pertaining to BCA, MOM and/or other governmental departments.
· Assist QS Department in their administrative issues.
· Handle walk-ins and enquiries in polite manner.
· Keep up to date the office general filling system.
· Manage reception and incoming outgoing mails & courier service.
· Work as a team with the office to accomplish related results as needed.
· To liaise with site in charge of the SIC arrangement and so on
· To attend all administrative works and preparation of various reports. Any ad-hoc jobs will be added
· Administration or any site coordination in construction industry is preferred
· Excellent skills in microsoft office expecially Excel, Works and Power Point
