My Client is seeking a Temporary Assistant strong in Excel to assist in the procurement department.
Role
Assist in data cleaning for Preferred Suppliers
Follow up on actions identified from preferred supplier data cleansing
Handle Third Party Risk Management requests from buyers or business
Create monthly Procurement review slide decks through the internal system
Provide transactional and operational support for buyers using standard templates and communication methods
Manage data for the team and collaborate with business stakeholders
Pre-requisites:
Proficient in high-level Excel skills
Basic proficiency in PowerPoint
Previous work experience with high volumes of data
Experience in end-to-end Procurement operational and transactional processes
Previous work experience in multinational companies or Procurement organizations
Ability to work within tight timelines
