IT Support Engineer
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in providing IT Support
- Installation of Windows operating system, software bundles, and file systems
- Timely update/upgrade windows patches and anti-virus with alignment to company’s standard and policies
- Troubleshooting server CPU and memory utilization
- Server health check and troubleshooting
- Apply server firmware and driver updates
- Management, administration and maintenance of Physical and virtual network platforms
- Basic understanding and work experience in Network infrastructure is required
- Configuration of backup requirements for new systems
- Ensure that all backups are configured as per company’s Data Backup and retention policy
- Conduct periodic Backup restore testing for Critical systems or on request
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
