- Salary: $2800 – $3100 basic, allowances, Yearly AWS, performance bonus (after appraisal and subject to performance)

Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to the program by handling administrative tasks, such as order processing, managing sales inquiries, and preparing shipping documents.
- Interact with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This may include responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries through various channels.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and product information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available for sale and coordinate with the relevant departments for replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including invoices, quotes, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with different departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Draft and send routine correspondence to customers, such as thank-you notes, follow-up emails, and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE ‘N’. ‘O’ level, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
- Candidate will need to have Customer Focus, Teamwork, Computer Proficiency especially in Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal team
