Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Officer to join their team, with the aim of further developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the Town – easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for meter installation arrangements.
- Address customer queries and troubleshoot metering concerns.
- Investigate site abnormalities due to power surges or drops in energy consumption.
- Perform meter accuracy tests upon customer request.
- Follow up on missed meter readings and process tasks through the K2 workflow.
- Communicate with Group regarding metering inquiries and replacements.
- Manage meter inventory and ensure timely periodic readings and installations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical or a related engineering field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
