Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess staffing needs and implement the plan.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment functions, involvement in screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Spearheading relief deployment for both student care and childcare.
- Work closely with stakeholders to review and update Job descriptions.
- Support hiring managers in the selection of candidates with the right competencies, experience, and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes.
- Work closely with schools on internship programme.
- Manage employee relation matters such as providing advice and support to stakeholders in the process of managing staff performance issues and disciplinary sessions.
- Manage staff movements and ensure compliance with employment laws and work visas.
- Handling onboarding such as providing orientation to the new hire and offboarding including conducting staying / exit interviews and administering exit clearance procedures.
- Work closely with HR Operations on the on-boarding, off-boarding and internal mobility of employees.
- Administration of the Cohesion fund.
- Plan and execute companywide events to create a great sense of belonging.
- Plan and execute employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with the HR Operations to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services.
