Job Description:
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending to equipment faults at customers’ premises, liaising with customers and sub-contractors on all aspects of add-on project activities. You will closely monitor the progress of the work to ensure schedules and quality standards are met. Additionally, you will ensure timely delivery of all materials and equipment for site installations or fault rectifications. Periodic maintenance for our customers will also be part of your duties.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
- Skills: Good interpersonal communication skills.
- License: Valid Class 3 driving license.
- Other Requirements: No criminal record, stand-by duty is required (with standby allowances).
Employment Details:
- Salary Range: $2,300 - $3,000
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Transport Claim: $800/month on mileage claim
- Mobile Allowance: $100/month
- Annual Leave: 12 days
- AWS: 1-month
- Bonus: Depends on company’s performance
- Probation Period: 3 months
