Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant data sources and determine effective methods for data analysis
- Extract actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct analysis, forecasting and data modelling that translates into actionable insights to support business development for future planning.
- Utilize specialized tools to transform data into visually compelling and easily interpretable dashboards
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly data visualizations that align with project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with Marketing, to understand project requirements and establish data-related project briefs
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that visualizations meet business needs and effectively communicate key insights
- Update, create, and support databases and reports, incorporating key metrics critical for guiding strategic decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability in all reporting activities
- Continuously refine and improve existing dashboards for optimal performance and user experience
- Implement user feedback and conduct usability testing to enhance dashboard effectiveness
- Provide thought leadership on data visualization best practices and emerging trends
Other Responsibilities:
- Design and create automated Funnel and performance reporting to provide clear and consistent business insights for business planning/forecast & validation.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to support Demand Management
- Deep dive analysis to help drive business decisions and analyze efficiency per channel, campaign, revenue stream, sales performance and program/process level performance, including ROI, and experimental test and learn.
- Deep dive into non-performing campaigns or regions and provide data points to help drive optimization decisions.
- Prepare and share insights into Campaign, Customer profiling and sales activity.
- Report on past programs to help compare yearly performance, measure campaign and pipeline ROI and predict future investments and results.
- Measure YoY growth for verticals, solutions and segments.
- Liaise with the central team on regional updates including dashboards, plx codes, spreadsheet, attribution model etc.
- Recover unassociated pipelines on regional level. Provide quarterly review that follows global format.
- Collaborate with partners, budget and planning managers to provide data analysis and infographics assistance.
- Produce optimisation recommendations based on program performance for Regional long term planning.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of proven experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and data analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization domain and dashboard development (i.e. Looker Tableau, or other analytical clients)
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units.
- 2+ years of experience of analyzing marketing funnel performance
- Proficient in Advanced SQL for data manipulation, automation and visualization.
- Works independently to pull data from data sources.
- Anticipates customers analytic needs and proactively conceptualizes and champions high-value Business Intelligence solutions.
- Familiar with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformation.
- Proficient in root-cause analysis for troubleshooting data anomalies, ensuring data quality and driving proactive fixes within data pipelines.
