Senior Executive, Human Resources (1 Year Contract)

Singapore International Arbitration Centre

Singapore International Arbitration Centre invites applications to join the Centre as:


SENIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES (1 Year Contract)


Job Responsibilities:

  • provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, employee engagement activities, training and development, performance management, and HR related projects
  • maintain and update employee records on a timely basis
  • handle all work pass related transactions
  • handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job advertisements, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews
  • provide support in monthly payroll matters, where necessary
  • provide suggestions and assist in updating HR policies and procedures and the SIAC Employee Handbook
  • maintain proper filing and archiving of documents
  • undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Experience:

  • degree in Human Resource Management with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR operations experience
  • strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in Americas / India/ China / Korea will be an added advantage
  • people-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
  • meticulous and pays attention to details
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • a good team player who is able to work independently
