Our client, within the commodities industry, is looking to hire a Receptionist to support their team.
The Role
You will be managing the reception desk, facilities management as well as performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include procurement of office equipment such as stationery and pantry supplies, attending to visitors, making restaurant reservations, coordinate meeting rooms bookings, ensuring the cleanliness of office, meeting rooms and furniture, handling mails and couriers, preparation of presentation materials, supporting the team with company events and any ad hoc related duties.
Your Profile
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity. You should be well groomed with good organization and time management skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office, are a team player, have good interpersonal and communications skills, and have an eye for details.
