HR & Admin Executive

Ming Wah (singapore) Agency Pte Ltd

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the entire hiring process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, issuing offers, and managing onboarding.
  2. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.
  3. Oversee employee attendance management.
  4. Assist in organizing company team-building activities to enhance team cohesion.
  5. Handle administrative tasks related to employee probation confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
  6. Manage employee insurance.
  7. Administer the filing of IR21 and IR8A tax forms, ensuring accurate tax reporting for departing employees and annual income reporting for all employees.
  8. Oversee the management of Singapore government-paid leave entitlements.
  9. Complete MOM surveys to ensure compliance with local employment laws and review the implementation of HR policies.
  10. Organize weekly meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  11. Complete relevant tasks according to company ISO management requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in state-owned or central enterprises.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Deep understanding of confidentiality related to human resources.
