Job Descriptions

  • Spreading the Mala Love: Welcome guests, take orders, and share your knowledge of our fiery flavors and customizable options.
  • Serving with Sizzle: Deliver steaming bowls of mala goodness, ensure tables are spic and span, and anticipate guest needs with a smile.
  • Mala Master Multitasker: Assist with ingredient refills, lend a hand in the kitchen as needed (chopping veggies, prepping ingredients), and embrace the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with our kitchen and service team to keep the mala magic flowing smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • O Levels and Above: We welcome applicants with O Levels or higher qualifications.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak basic Chinese and English is preferred as you'll be working with a diverse team. Those comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment are especially welcome.
  • A Zest for Customer Service: You're passionate about providing exceptional service and making every guest feel like family.
  • Mala Obsessed (Or Willing to Learn): You love mala or are excited to dive into the world of spicy cuisine.
  • A Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude: You're a positive, energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptable and Willing to Help: You're a flexible multitasker who's always ready to pitch in where needed.

<Bonus Flavor:>

  • Previous Restaurant Experience: A plus, but not required – we're happy to train enthusiastic individuals!
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: A plus, if you do not have no worries. We will send you for course!

Working hours

  • 10:00 to 21:30 will be 1.5 h break
  • 10:00 to 21:00 will be 1 h break
  • 11:00 to 22:00 will be 1 h break
  • 10hours per day / there is 5 day work week, 5.5 and 6 days
