Job Description:
- Work under the Facilities Manager to provide services to the client.
- Organize and schedule preventative maintenance tasks.
Oversee services such as pest control, gardening, and security management using subcontractors. - Look into reported breakdowns and faults.
- Determine the cause of issues to prevent them from happening again.
- Supervise contractors performing maintenance tasks.
- Make sure the site is maintained according to the required standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management operations.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
- Must possess a valid FSM certificate
