Job Description:
- Meet the sales targets set by management.
- Represent the company and be recognized as an expert in the construction industry.
- Actively seek opportunities in the construction market and potential clients for growth.
- Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value.
- Evaluate and submit analyses on the potential of new customers.
- Build and maintain a network with stakeholders (developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.).
- Serve as a role model who embodies the company's vision, mission, and values, with an emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution.
- Stay updated on site progress and provide effective material forecasts.
- Ensure constant communication with the leadership team regarding current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development.
- Communicate effectively with dealers and customers about terms and conditions to ensure timely payments.
- Submit monthly reports to the manager in the prescribed format.
- Provide case-specific solutions to customers.
- Offer support, training, and troubleshooting to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry preferred
- Must possess own car
