Your new role
- Strategically manage and develop a high-performing supplier network for sea freight and intermodal services across the Asia Pacific region.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends.
- Negotiate and secure optimal rates and contracts with key suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align supplier capabilities with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and supplier performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of sea freight and intermodal transportation markets
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
