Our client who is REGIONAL PRESENT payment services is currently expanding the TALENT ACQUISTION TEAM in need hiring a TA Specialist to be part of the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Crafting and implementing innovative hiring strategies to enable the successful growth of company's APAC-based teams
- Using various channels to source candidates
- Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
- Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
- Building relationships with applicants and past employees
- Manage relationships both with candidates and internal business partners to ensure a smooth process and exceptional candidate experience at all times
- Create successful hiring campaigns - building creative searches and diverse pipelines across our hiring platforms
Minimum requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of in-house recruitment experiences.
- Extensive experience hiring across Commercial, Operations, People and Finance functions will be a plus.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to speed - you thrive when multitasking and handling multiple relationships/goals
