Responsibilities:
- Provide back end support to sales department to fulfil customers’ orders.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update records.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor and manage stock to prevent overstock and stockouts.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends.
- Prepare inventory status updates for management.
- Use inventory software to manage stock data.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Monitor and optimize inventory costs.
- Analyze inventory turnover and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of inventory control and planning experience.
