Job Summary:

- Working days & hrs: Monday - Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00AM
- Salary range: up to SGD 4,000 + VB
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with all customers.
- Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and implement process improvements and changes facilitated by IT systems.
- Provide in-house support to Sales Personnel by handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs, and account-related enquiries.
- Liaise and coordinate with global offices/agents regarding sales enquiries and shipment monitoring/coordination according to account SOPs.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal and external customers as per their requested formats.
- Review, update, and maintain SOPs, quotations, and RFQ results for assigned accounts in the server/systems.
- Follow up on customer issues and handle disputes as needed.
- Develop and direct procedures for the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team.
- Provide feedback to the Operations team to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information on order status and changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, including Delegation of Authority.
- Coach and guide new hires and junior team members for development and alignment.
- Relevant studies related in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experiences in Freight Forwarding industry.
- Good to have accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of pricing for Freight Cargo Services, Contract Logistics and other Supply Chain Solutions
