The Role
The ideal candidate will lead senior executive recruitment, design competitive compensation structures, and oversee performance reviews to align with business goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR team to develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives. Additionally, the role involves managing special projects related to acquisition integrations and organizational restructuring, addressing HR challenges to enhance efficiency.
Your Profile
Ideal candidates should have over 15 years of HR experience, with a strong background in senior HR roles within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. They must have a proven track record in managing cross-border HR functions, particularly with an understanding of Asian cultural nuances, and experience in implementing global HR policies and designing compensation packages. Essential skills include excellent English communication, strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees or relevant certifications being a plus.
