Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our tuition centre as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The Receptionist role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for our tuition centre.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in parents.
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the tuition centre.
- Record all math questions in the system.
- Inspect the tuition centre regularly and manage classroom booking, and after class matters.
- Obtain feedback from students’ parents for improvement.
- Demonstrate learning software to parents with good manners.
- Handle course enrolment, issue invoices, cancellation, rescheduling, and renewal matters.
- Support the essential maintenance of tuition centre facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors/building management for the repair and maintenance of tuition centre as and when required.
- Willing to learn how to conduct student talk with parents.
- Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. GCE O’ Levels
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Fast-paced working environment, able to multi-task and meticulous
- Tuesday to Friday – 2pm to 9pm (1hour – Lunch break)
- Saturday and Sunday – 8.30am to 8:30pm (2hour – Lunch break)
- Must be able to commit both weekends
