Job Scope:
- Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) in evaluating supplier costs and implementing procurement strategies.
- Supervise the procurement and inventory process.
- Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices and timely deliveries.
- Ensure smooth daily procurement processes for required items.
- Supervise the accurate updating of purchasing records and supplier lists.
- Assist in sourcing local products and restocking inventory.
- Manage monthly vendor payments, negotiating optimal arrangements.
- Maintain updated product and supplier details in the SAP system.
- Lead the Accounts Receivable process, addressing overdue accounts.
- Other ad-hoc administrative matters.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field.
