Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the Trade Marketing Plan to align with sales and marketing goals, managing the Trade Marketing budget.
- Continuously track sales performance, gather consumer feedback, observe competitor activities, and oversee in-store consumer activations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design channel marketing strategies, exploring new online and trade channels to boost retail sales.
- Develop and execute top-notch sales and marketing strategies to consistently engage retail partners and end consumers, enhancing the profile of company products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis with the sales, brand, and R&D teams to identify improvement areas and market gaps.
- Identify growth opportunities in retail and wholesale, and propose actionable plans to sales and marketing managers.
- Enhance brand presence and campaign execution through meticulous in-store planning, execution, and tracking, in line with annual marketing priorities.
- Lead and implement marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific retail channels.
- Design and execute trade promotions and impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Regularly visit sales points to ensure brand visibility and adherence to guidelines.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives to align strategies with both brand and customer expectations.
- Develop and provide necessary POS tools to increase brand presence, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess minimum of 3 years experience in trade marketing, preferably within a fast-growing consumer goods company.
- Experience in building incubator brands is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage marketing and sales data for performance improvement and sales generation.
