Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with key performance indicators.
- Manage the Concierge desk during showroom hours, directing visitors to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Execute and support marketing and CRM events and activities.
- Manage social media content and channels.
- Develop and manage CRM and digital media content.
- Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud, tracking key performance indicators and ensuring team accountability.
- Manage merchandise inventory.
- Maintain showroom standards.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing and above
- At least 3 years working experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Process class 3 driving license
- Knowledge in Adobe Software will have added advantages.
