Position: Property Officer
Working Location: Orchard
Salary: $3300 - $3800
HP Allowance: $50
5 days work week, 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
· Assist Building Manager in the daily operations.
· Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
· Supervise upgrading projects, if required.
· Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.
· Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing work.
· Handle administration duties such as calling of quotations and administer contract agreements.
· Handle car park-related matters.
· Other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Facilities Management / Building Services / Engineering or equivalent.
· Min. 3 years of relevant experiences in facilities management.
· Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
· Good administrative and Computer literacy.
