Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and contacting influencers for brand campaigns that will maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs through an agency, social media platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, etc), or other channels, independently seeking their cooperation.
- Conceptualize and execute weekly campaigns based on major events, trends/themes, seasonality.
- Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing online/offline campaigns.
- Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers, able to respond promptly to any questions by influencers, monitor event calendar, and coordinate brand campaigns.
- Perform other or additional duties as assigned by company superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 year marketing or branding experience, preferably in E-commerce, Fashion & Beauty industry.
- Prior experience in organizing large scale e-commerce campaigns
- Proven experience in event production or marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Data analytical, self-motivated, able to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt to the needs of the market.
