Job scope
- Advice clients on HR matters.
- Attend client meetings (Occasionally)
- Assist on monthly outsource payroll, training will be provided.
- Work Pass application for clients.
- Assist in management company social media.
- keep track of company inventory (water, link, computer)
- Assist hr in coordinating events and trainings.
- Coordinate with external vendors for events supplies (e.g. awards, company t-shirt and etc)
- Assist in generating invoices.
- Any ad-hoc duty assign.
Requirements
- Willing to take CEI certification (company sponsored)
- Minimum Diploma or Nitec in any discipline
