Sales Admin Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Managing Airtime Services which includes SIM procurement, provisioning, billing and invoicing of pre-paid and post-paid airtime plans.
· Providing Airtime-Service related training to customers
· Administering pre-sales activities of products and services such as inventory tracking, sales pipeline management, etc.
· Administering sales fulfilment activities of products and services to ensure that the delivery is timely and complete as per customer orders.
· Supporting marketing events and activities including product documentation and training.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Diploma in Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or any other related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
· Candidates with lower qualifications may also be considered if he/she possesses a good working aptitude related to the job scope.
· 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the industry. Working experience in Telecommunication industry (Satellite/Terrestrial communications) would be a plus, but not mandatory.
· Experience in airtime sales fulfilment would be an added advantage.
· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Good working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe InDesign would be a plus.
