Job Responsibilities
- You will be focus on tender bidding and tender documents submission.
· Source for candidates independently via all available channels to meet business needs.
· Conduct initial preliminary screening of candidates including interviewing, arranging and coordinating interview with hiring managers.
· Maintain recruiting pipeline, keep track of status and updates.
· Process invoices related to recruitment or assigned
· On Job Training
- Attend tender briefing and tender presentation when needed.
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
· Min O level or Diploma in Human resource Business/Psychology / or related
· 1 year related working experience in recruitment / sales.
· Out-going personality, Confident, Self-driven, Meticulous and systematic
· Resilient, adaptable, able to multi-task and independent
· Must be able to work independently
· Have obtained CEI or willing to take CEI during probation
