Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales interface with customers either by telephone, emails or face to face
- Issue sales quotations for standard and routine test and inspection services
- Collate, verify and evaluate all test samples related information in accordance to test specification
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and operations on test schedules, test samples delivery and collection
- Monitor and track workflow to meet customers timeframes and committed test schedules and payment status
- Prepare standard test reports
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business or any relevant fields with at least 1 year of customer service experience in a technical environment
