We are working with a leading food and agribusiness in the Palm industry which specializes in the entire value chain, from upstream refineries to downstream finished goods. They pride themselves on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in their extensive range of products and services. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their Oil & Fats team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans to boost revenue
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in allocated region
- Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product details
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to align sales efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Management or related field
- Proven experience in sales and/or technical expertise, particularly within the oil and fats industry or a related sector
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data
- Willingness to travel as needed
