The Talent:
- At least a Diploma in any Discipline
- Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred
- Good problem-solving skills, organized, meticulous and customer focused
- Team player and able to multi tasks and with good time management
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office). SAP Knowledge a definite advantage.
- Business proficiency and fluency in English and Korean / Japanese to support customers from Korea or Japan
Job Description
- Manage end to end order processing/ management
- To ensure smooth operation in daily operation and timely arrangements of orders/returns with support to system administration flow as following:
- Data entries and support the team in festive to ensure a smooth flow in daily operations.
- Tracking of Proof of delivery (POD) and Credit notes.
