Reporting to the Finance & Admin Manager, you will lead a team of call centre and customer service officers to provide excellent customer service quality to the residents. You will recommend improvement strategies to enhance customer service qualities.
In addition, you will provide day to day administrative support such as managing office equipment, taking minutes of meeting, preparing and collating of reports and presentations. Furthermore, you will be required to perform scheduling and coordinating meetings/appointments as well as handling of incoming emails, calls, faxes and letters whenever necessary.
- Min Diploma holder in any field with 3 years of customer service and administrative support experience
- Experience in call centre / customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Work week : 5.25 days (Alt sat)
